composition enhances its toughness and resistance to corrosion,
ensuring durability in harsh environments with high temperatures
and corrosive fluids.
The seamless construction eliminates weld seams, a common weak
point, providing superior structural integrity. Precision
cold-drawing ensures tight tolerances, high straightness, and low
eccentricity, facilitating easy installation and reliable
connection with drilling equipment.
Available in a range of sizes (OD: 2 3/8" to 6 5/8", wall
thickness: 0.219" to 0.500") and custom lengths, it suits various
drilling needs, from onshore to offshore, shallow to deep wells.
Each pipe undergoes rigorous testing, including ultrasonic and eddy
current inspections, and comes with mill test certificates (MTC)
for full traceability.
